It was our day to stop at the farm. Banjo visited his swine friends. The pigs were biting his feet while he licked their eyes. Very strange, but both sides of the fence were happy. As the season winds down the group is shrinking and the freezer is stocked for the winter.
Banjo exercised inside and out today. Again, I played the part of the crazy puppy raiser as we walked around the neighborhood and through the park. He was well-mannered as we passed other dogs. Lisa and Banjo both worked out indoors on the treadmill. This is the first dog that we have raised who enjoys the treadmill.
We repeated last night's nail trimming performance. He didn't need any trimming, but I wanted to see if he remembered last night. Banjo remained relatively calm without my aids, the pronged collar and comfort muzzle, and the front paws were trimmed in under a minute. He remembered.
